Game-Lobby Chat Box Bug

Heyo! I just noticed that on the most recent patch, the chat box, instead of fading out below the selection frames, its in front of it! It only happens when you click on it though. It might even supposed to be like that, but I just thought it was a bug since it wasn't there last patch. Let me know!
