[GAMEPLAY] [STORE] Mouse scrollwheel bug in ingame store

For as long as I can remember, this has bugged me. While buying something in the store ingame, when I scroll my mousewheel near the top or bottom of the menu of 'all items', it doesn't top out. Instead it jumps to somewhere else in the list. Effectively, this means that after I've scrolled down to find something, when I scroll back up, I can never get to the top of the list to buy pots.

Running Win7, Fujitsu Laptop, Microsoft basic optical mouse. Happens with a Compaq mouse too.

No trick to make this happen; it happens every single time I'm in the larger items menu.
