League just won't update.

Whenever I open League it says it must restart for an update, then the update window appears stuck in one of 2 positions, 0% or 100% I tried restarting and all that, it seems my only option is to reinstall but I don't want to have a useless computer today because I have homework so I guess I'll find out what happens tomorrow. https://i.gyazo.com/8bf6aa90c906a53fc8266d51f8a07b15.png It happens every update but this is the first time it went over 4 tries, I think I restarted 10+ times
