(CLIENT) NO IP FOR WINS!

playing ranked at gold 3 zero lp, ive won three games in a row, and am still at gold 3 zero lp. 5 times total now since new champ select has come into play that i have not been given any ip or lp for wins. it is even showing in match history where you normally see +xxx IP, between ur gold/cs and the date of the game the IP column is blank! i noticed that every single time this happens, it is when the game ends, and instead of showing the stats screen, the client just remains on the "skip waiting for stats" screen and then you click skip waiting and you get no LP! i should be right now in my gold 2 series, but because of this bug i have gained nothing, but surely enough, if i lose a game i always still lose LP step 1:win game step 2:click skip waiting for stats step 3: no LP or IP
