Game Delay as well as bad click response.

Lately a friend and I have been having delay issues our frames and ping are normal. Was wonder if this was an issue for other people.

Seems to have been added after the recent patch.

Yeah since the last patch I have the same problem.

I've lost games because of this unrecognized issue.
