Looking to join a Gold level 5v5 Team

I've been playing a lot of ranked and made it to silver 1, that being said I played many games and went on a terrible losing spree. I'm now back into Silver 2 thanks to Afk's / Trolls or just bad ADCs. (I'm a support main)

Anyhow I was wondering if a Team was looking for a Support player who takes the game serious and is online most of the time.
