[GamePlay] Kennen Ult CD Bug

If you ult as Kennen just before you die, in such a way that it doesn't do a tick of damage, you become unable to ult until it comes off cooldown, and goes on cooldown, but doesn't show it in the HUD. The only way to see what the CD is on it is to use the cooldown ping. It happened twice in a game and both times the death was to a fizz.
