Mouse settings reset after starting a League of Legends game

I'm using a Dell Windows 10 laptop for League of legends. I also use an external HP wired mouse to play it too. Every time I try to start a game, in the Mouse Properties window, in pointer options, the "Select a pointer speed:" would reset from maximum Fast motion to Normal motion, where the ticker would be in the middle of Fast and Slow. I have pointer precision enabled if that helps. This is kind of an issue, because every time the game would start, I would have to manually select the motion of my mouse speed so it would fit my needs. I've tried running the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by Windows, and the troubleshooter couldn't identify any problems. I've tried unplugging my HP mouse, restarting my system, and re plugging it back in. Still no success. I was thinking of uninstalling the HID-complaint mouse (external HP mouse) listed in Device Manager, and Dell Touchpad too, and let Windows reinstall, but I don't know whether the problem is going to be fixed. When I try to update both the touchpad and mouse, Device Manager said they were already the latest version. If you guys can fix this problem, it would be appreciated.
