Ranked Failed to promote Bug. THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT ABOUT TOXIC'S ETC.

So basically.. I was told i was in my series, won 2 games and should have been automatically promoted. But after my second win, it counted it as a loss? Looking at my match history between the 2 wins, it does confirm it. But neither of them was a loss. Is this a bug or some sick joke, haha?..

Mon Dec. 15th ranked games between my Sion, Braum and Thresh game's won. It was somewhere around 5:45AM that morning.. Yea.
