Could not 'Lock in' or 'Ban' a champ

I was in banning a champion in ranked session. When i highlighted a champion to ban, the ban button did not highlight giving me the option to ban. After banning period was over i had a little message display saying that there was an issue banning a champ. Shortly after it was my turn to select a champ and once again the same thing happened, i selected the champ i wanted to play and i was unable to click the 'Lock in' Button. When once i was kicked from the lobby for not selecting a champ. A message saying 'There was an issue locking in your champion and when i tried to click the 'Ok' button it did not doing anything till about the 9th click. Please fix it Rito!!!
