[GAMEPLAY] Champion and Announcer Language

So I'm NA and ofc all the champs' comments in game are in english, same with the Lady from Above's announcer-comments....

Or ARE they?? Every now and then, on any champ, it'll just randomly throw out a comment in Japanese or Korean or something (No offense to anyone, but I don't know anything but dumb ole English). The announcer from above will change too sometimes (a male voice). Or, my team mate's champs' comments will change.

Not necessarily all of them, but sometimes...Other times I hear "their" comments in English, but mine are in...Well, you know...

It's just happens randomly, doesn't matter male or female champ and will do it anytime from the very start to the very end or anywhere in between. I don't THINK it lasts the whole game when it starts, but maybe it does...

It doesn't bother me (sounds kinda neat) but I just wondered if anyone else had this happen?
