20 Minutes before each game for having bad Wi-Fi .-.

Ok so I actually am too poor to afford Wi-Fi at home that can run League of Legends. I have about 2 hours a day to actually play the game, which I get from my school Wi-Fi which requires a login. You see not everyone has the time to wait 20 minutes because they disconnected ONE time. Seriously can they just add a feature that checks if you disconnected? This is completely unfair to people who don't live near any servers. (As I live in Puerto Rico yet my first language is English.)

You dont get the 20 minute punishment for leaving/dc one time. You get it for having a history of dodge/leave/dc. It is impossible to tell if someone intentionally leaves/dcs or if its an accident/technical problem. You could just pull the plug if you wanted to leave/dodge to make it look unintentional. To prevent that it gets threated the same way. The leaversbuster has a tolerance for occasional dc.
