[GAMEPLAY] Targon's Brace Lingering Particles?

Attached is a screen grab of the 'problem'. I don't know exactly for sure how this happened and I've had difficulties trying to recreate it. So here's what I think happened:

1. I had a Targon's Brace with one charge
2. As Leona, I Q'd a minion roughly the same time that I auto'd it.
3. Used up the Targon's Brace charge and the particle that was orbiting me now is just hanging out. I asked the team and no one seemed to notice it. The particle persisted until I died (that's when I noticed it was gone). Not a terrible bug, especially since it doesn't affect the rest of the team. It is annoying though since it obscures minions and champions (it's drawn over the top of them). I wish I could provide more details, but as I said it is not easy to recreate.
