Mastery 5, Got S, No Token?

I'm Mastery Lv 5 on Tahm Kench with 2 mastery tokens and just got my 3rd S- or above while m5, is there a reason I haven't gotten my m6 token?

You can only get 2 tokens at level 5. Combine the 2 tokens with BE or a Tahm Kench champion shard to get level 6.

You said you already have two tokens though, for level 6 you can only get 2, and then combine them with be or a champ shard to upgrade.
