[GAMEPLAY] Soraka's passive does not display range when highlighted

I'm not a very big fan of Soraka but, when I played Janna (or any other champions that have Passives with ranges) I noticed that her Passive was displaying the range it was necessary to reach for your teammates, while Soraka's doesn't.
