Still can't play 4.18

Not sure if this is the right place but I've been trying to patch this game for 2 days straight now to no avail. No matter what, the speed always drops to 0kbs. It was stuck at 33% all day yesterday at 0kbs. After closing and reopening several times, it started over from 0% and has now been on 48% as of last night, still 0kbs. This is kinda ridiculous. I've never had this much trouble with a patch. I'm on Mac OS X if it makes a difference.
