Blank Chat Bubbles Still an Issue For Multiple Patches

This is the exact same issue i only just started experiencing. Its frustrating not being able to communicate post game with friends. Please fix.
It's more annoying when You open message from some1 then You can't pick your champion on ranked game cuz You can't do anything with message window(close/minimaze)..... And button to lock your champion is behind dat message's window.
