I just leveled up to level 63 but got no rewards? I checked loot but I found nothing.

Has this happened before? To anyone at all, and is there something I can do to fix it? Is it as simple as turning the game off and on again?

Hi i have the same problem i change region when come back in my main region and i found capsule in loot .i hope it was helpful

Sometimes the system is too slow when talking about the higher lvls. That guy from EUW who is like lvl 400 by now hasn't received rewards from about 10-15 lvls. So give it one day and if not, submit a ticket.
