Internet shuts off when i try to download league game from the client.

Recently i got a bought a new computer and whenever i try to download league of legends from the client my internet completely gets shut down. I've tried to check if this happened on any other downloads but in every other game my internet doesn't shut down, its perfect. I've looked around but i haven't seen any other posts about this problem. If someone could help me out that would be great since i have been unable to play league for a while now. I have tried full repair, re downloading the client but the problem still continues. Help would be great thank you!
