[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench's ult cool down doesn't properly show for allies.

I was playing as Tahm and had used my ult. A few moments later my friend asked me to ult him over to dragon and got upset when I told him it was on cool down. He insisted it was and everyone else on the team did too.
