ARAM crash and didnt return reroll

While in champ select for ARAM a player quit. Once we Re-entered champ select our re-rolls were gone. Another player quit, and after accepting the third match the screen went black in the LOL client while everyone else saw champ select. and then my client crashed and lord thrash mouth was given a 30 min penalty for missing champ select.
