Still able to click Launch button on Launcher even though League is Patching.

This morning as I was patching 5.15, I was able to click the INVISIBLE launch button even though league was patching. Probably just a GUI bug, nothing too critical. 100% Reproduction rate for me. OS: Windows 10 x64
