Champ Select Runes Bug...

Joined a ranked game for fun and it turns out that during champ select I couldn't change my runes.
I tried different resolutions and everything but you can clearly see in the screenshot that my rune section is like bugged and cut in half. When I click it nothing comes up so I basically had to go into a game playing Darius with AP Runes. It was ranked so I wasn't to happy about that. If this could get fixed it would be great. Couldn't change my runes AT ALL.
