Serious Question About These Trolls

My friend recently played a game on his account and this silver game turned into some real hot bad stuff. Bot lane didn't go so well because his ziggs chose to go ziggs support. Because of ziggs being toxic and leaving bot, he went mid with fizz and stole some of fizz's farm. Due to this action, the fizz for the rest of the entire game chose to sit in the jungle and take yi's camps. Not once did he help in a late game teamfight or communicate with my friend. I made sure to get a screenshot of the end game so you guys can see just how bad the toxicity got. I will be happy to provide video proof as I use OBS to record my diamond games just in case and I told my friend to do the same. This was honestly irritating to watch because the team could've won so long ago if they grouped.

Let's just say I'm glad that I am not a part of that elo.

No point of complaining about trolls/inters ETC. They almost NEVER get punished unless

Riot only cares about "mean words" on the fucking internet. If you have a troll/inter there is nothing you can do except FF If theres a toxic person, you can mute them. You should be able to quit/leave games if there is 1 person is to ruin a team of 4.

ROTFL No lie this is probably 70% of the games in elo hell. Egos and kids trying to make a point. Stuff got so old it's funny now.

This happens to me multiple times a day. Climbing is near impossible with these trolls. It got so bad that I got a 14 day suspension for getting angry at trolls. It happens pretty much every other game. I'm on my 3rd troll today and I've played 5 games today. I gain LP and then the next game I'll have a team full of flaming inters. If Riot doesn't fix this soon, I'll probably just uninstall because this is getting extremely annoying.
