Mega Gnar Can't issue W or R during E anymore

Hey there! Not sure if it's just me, but in this particular patch, I can't issue W while in mid-air anymore (so it shows up immediately when I land) or my R ult.

How to reproduce: Create game. Level up to 6. Rage up. Do E, then R immediately to slam. Used to respond all the time properly. Do E, and W immediately to stun. Used to respond as you land. Not sure if it makes a difference, but I do NOT use smart cast.

I main gnar (level 7 mastery) and I tried quite a few gnar games this patch so far and I'm pretty sure I've run into this in all of them. I just re-tested in an AI game.

bonus bug: sometimes gnar's boomerang bounces off in a 90 degree angle (perpendicular) after hitting a minion, making it near impossible to catch.
