Arclight Vayne Recall

There is a bug with the Arclight Vayne Skin that makes a global sound every time that recalls no matter what team the Vayne is on. I believe that it was bugged this way from the beginning of the skins release. I find it slightly irritating to have a sharp sound across the entire map every time an Arclight Vayne Recalls. I don't know if this bug occurs in Twisted treeline or the Crystal Scar but am certain that it is in the Summoner's Rift.
