No image or information on skin/champion shards in the "loot" section (THE VOICE)

SOLVED*(new patches solved the issue)

For starters, as you can see, there is no image on the skin/champion shards, nor any information to let you know which skin or champion it is that you have or got in "loot" section. I think this occurred since the client/lobby update of season 7, but I couldn't know since I haven't played in a long while, until today. Today, I played a game and got a part of a key, so I went on and forged it in "loot". When I did, I opened 2 boxes. The first one was a ward shard(luminosity ward) and the second was a permanent skin ward(I have no idea). So I was looking it up online on how to fix it.I have found only countless posts about it with no helpful reply on them. I think this a bug that should be looked on, unless if someone has a solution for me here. P.S. Restarting the launcher didn't do a thing to me
