Bug with purchasing RP over cell phone

I had some major issues with purchasing RP. In my country (Bosnia and Herzegovina) there is an offer to buy 840RP for 21.06KM and to do that you have to send couple of messages (KUPI) in order to fill some green bar and every time you send "KUPI" you fill little by little that green bar and you get a message in return that your message was confirmed... I don't get that message neither is that green bar going up its just stuck there. And if I exit the purchase I lose some money but gain no RP... It's not first time this happened. I would like you to fix this please....

This sounds frustrating. Please read this article here. It describes similar issues you are currently experiencing. Also the article mentions:

If you have been charged and have not received any Riot Points after 48 hours, submit a ticket with the following information:

  •   **Screen Shot or Scanned copy of your mobile phone bill clearly showing the funds being removed from your account:**
    
  •    **Pin Number you’ve received from BOKU after you have submitted the confirmation (If applicable):**
