Verification system doesn't work.

I cannot verify my account, you never send me an email, regardless of how many times i try or how long i wait i never get one. i now can't even play the game without verifying, i can't make a ticket about your broken verification system because i now need to verify my email to make a ticket.

the "Need help?" link in the client opens to a broken page that says bad link.

i now essentially have been locked out of ever playing league again because your system is so broken. Please don't mind the frustrated tone, i am desperate and angry.
