Loading screen not working.

So I wanted to get back in to rank. A small patch update came in, ok no big deal there, I get in a ranking Queue. everything is ok I go Twitch, a random support wanted to support me with Leona so everything seems cool. but then this happens, evryone is in the loading screen but me. or so I assume. I can't get in the game because there is a bug in the loading screen. I can't get to it.

BTW is there a way for me to get a lose prevention with out loosing my LP? do I have to submit a requests to make it happen? I shouldn't loose LP for something like this including the rest of the team I was with. Not a cool collateral damage.

I'm having a similar problem, though I don't even reach the loading screen. I'm at that black screen just before the loading screen, but I'm told that the game has failed to connect to the server and I should try disabling my firewall (which I have to no effect) and even ran League in admin mode, which didn't help either. The client works fine, so I'm not sure why it's happening at all.
