Teemo can't undo item buy sometimes in the fountain
Sometimes teemo will enter stealth in the fountain and I can no longer undo the item that I just recently purchased and then changed my mind about.

This is probably because someone stepped on one of your mushrooms. If this happens, you deal damage to them which counts you as being in combat, which disables the undo button.
