Having to restart the client after EVERY Ranked 3's game.

As of 10/12/2016 at 9pm Central Time, me and my friends tried to play some ranked 3's and after every game if we wanted to continue playing ranked 3's we each had to restart our clients if we wanted to be able to invite/accept invites to get in the lobby to play the game. Every time we tried to go to invite it would immediately say everyone was in the lobby, and couldn't invite anyone else, and if you tried to start the game, it would say that "someone has recently left" and we couldn't start it. On top of having the "custom game" bug this is pretty frustrating, is anyone else having this problem?
