Team I am FUMING, I need help!

So hear this. Morning games, fine. My discord is at 20ms, perfectly fine. Packet loss 0% all the way. Hextech repair tool and other ping test sites said about 28ms at lowest, 64-74ms at highest, 53ms average. Even the hextech says 0 packet loss. My custom games with friends and intro bots with other players are perfectly fine. BUT EVERY 5V5 MATCHMADE GAME I LOAD INTO THE GAME WITH 23MS AND SPIKE TO 100MS AND THEN DISCONNECT FOR THE ENTIRE GAME. Can ANYONE explain?!
