TLDR, if Qs, a ZZrot he can use the 2nd part of his Q the laser, 4/5 times in a row. Since this ability can do 800+ damage per hit i figured that would be pretty OP. To see proof check out the 40 minute mark. Im victor going botlane to clear a ZZRot portal hidden in a bush.

You can do the same thing to take down turrets faster. As long as you dont use the second q on a minion, enemy champ, or jungle monster you can keep the empowered aa until it times out.

Empowered auto can't be used on structures but it doesn't use it. So it doesn't do extra damage but I suppose it means that you could use q to attack a ZZ'Rot portal or tower through Yasuo or Braum wall, because it makes it so it isn't a projectile.
