Xerath Q Gameplay Bug

This bug is easy to reproduce, simply play Xerath in pvp and Use his Q, for me it seems to cause a tremendous amount of lag, after a while it because so bad that then entire game starts to skip around like a record player. I do not know if it is related to the server lag League has been having recently however I'm not sure it is just a coincidence either.
