Skills are going the wrong direction if cursor is over the portrait

People have reported it many times, I've sent a ticket to support a while ago - still not fixed. If you hover cursor over the portrait (quick cast with indicator) - some skills are going off in random directions. With summoner 39 , Lux R, Ashe R, Jinx R it works 100% of the time. Please, fix this. Very frustrating to ult in the direction of your own nexus.

what do I have to do to get riot's attention? I've already reported many times and I still cast ults Nami in wrong directions sometimes. This is stupid how long it's been and still isn't fixed. Is it considered low priority bug or what?
