Self Casting no longer working in Patch 5.8

During the last patch self casting would work for me, but ever since the new patch when I would try to play Bard and self cast heals with Alt + W, it would no longer self cast. I have also tried changing it to Ctrl + W, or just plain C, but it doesn't seem to work at all. Is anyone else having a problem with this? I noticed in the patch notes Riot changed how Auto - Casting is supposed to work, and not sure if it's affecting this. I even tried reinstalling cleanly and no luck.
