[GAMEPLAY] could not use several keys with Katarina (potentially after getting an assist from a kill

I had a Katarina game where out of nowhere, some of my keys began to not respond. I suspect that it was after I got an assist after a kill on an enemy Anivia (With egg?) so after that i continued to try to farm, but my q would not respond, so hmm maybe I might have hit something when I pressed escape. So I tried to recall, which also DID NOT WORK. Even the icon bars on the UI would not work, when i tried to use q, the range icon from smartcast option would show up but would never go. The only abilites that I was able to use was sinister blade (w) and shunpo (q). It was quite frustrating so I tried to do what I could. I tried to reset my settings, I tried to reconnect, but the problem pursued. So I just tried to play the game with just shunpo and sinister, so when I though I might have had a kill opportunity, I went in to shunpo, sinister, and ult, well turns out even the ult would not work (I just assumed it didn't work because of how the ability works and not a bug, but I was clearly on top of the enemy). So I tried to ignite her since the enemy was almost near death, turns out I can't ignite, nor flash. I got extremely frustrated, but I got away nevertheless. I joked about how maybe the only way to actually fix this bug is to die, so the next time my team tried to group up, I just went in to dish out something and suicide, well what do you know, turns out DYING is the only possible way to fix this stupid bug.

In conclusion, Riot please fix these kinds of bugs as they are clearly one of the more frustrating bugs.
