[CRASH] Crash on warding, along with weird bugs

On a recent match on summoner's rift, I encountered a few somewhat game-breaking bugs.

When I was about to ward, I queued a command to ward a bush with a trinket ward, but then changed my mind as my character moved towards the bush, I queued a rightclick in order to cancel the last ward and queued a regular ward placement instead, however did this all as I was about in reach to place the ward, so those three actions were put in about less than a second. When I thought I was about to place the ward, I heard the sound of a ward being placed however the game crashed into a bugsplat screen.

Next "problem" that occurred in the game was that we had "phantom vision" on the enemy's red side jungle, I was certain it was just my client telling me we have vision, but no true vision was being shown, the only time I thought we were able to actually see the enemy cross through the jungle was when we had a ward in place, this again however was misleading since the radius of true vision was skewed by the visual fog of war bug that occurred on the jungle.

While there were few minor visual bugs occurred in the game which I already was witnessing in the past were also present in the game. Though I can't really point it out on the top of my head, I am certain they are visual bugs since I don't remember it happening before on previous patches.

Finally I am not certain but it could be a bug, (though it might have been because the indicator was so far away and that Yi had enough movement speed to imitate that there was no actual indicator) was when an enemy Yi used a teleport (near) a bush towards the dragon, due to him popping up right as we got to the lane.

Edit: There was another instance where I jumped over a wall and landed on the two mini minions of the blue buff (with the big minion being stolen) as Aatrox, and was unable to move south of the minion, I was stuck in between the two minions and unable to move until I moved right or jumped away from it

I'm hoping I get some answers/explanations/thoughts about what I witnessed today.
