Hitting a DC'd player prevents Remake - Lost a ranked match because of that

Just had a match as Caitlyn where my premade DC'd so I told my team we'd remake. Me and my friend planned to remake so our team and I went trolling mid, ASSUMING THIS GARBAGE SYSTEM ALLOWED US TO REMAKE.

Their Irelia, went inside our base and flashed in the fountain to hit my friend, which was DC'd THE ENTIRE TIME.

At minute 3, nothing pops up. All of us got a tilted since we gave the enemy 4-5 free kills. Nonethless the game was lost because of the big deficit we had in the beginning and THAT'S ALL BECAUSE RIOT CAN'T EVEN MAKE A SYSTEM WORK CORRECTLY.

I don't care about the 16 LP I lost but please fix your goddamn game thanks.
