Quinn on Dominion Bug(Permanent Valor Form)

Not sure if Riot looks at these but. There is a bug that occurs when Quinn captures points and the ultimate duration runs out. Yet I remained in Valor Form. Or something went weird.

And for anyone's knowledgement

1. You have melee range( the game stills thinks you are in bird form)
2. Harrier can still activate
3. Vaulting as Valor(in bugged form) you still leap off your opponent and still requires you to go back to melee to attack
4. Blind is still melee ranged
5. Ulitmate only procs the end result of it and resets it to cooldown.

Dying fixes this bug
