so i didn't load

so i didn't load into a game for the first 5 mins even though it was showing that i was still loading (wasn't like a bugsplat or whatever) idk how this is still allowed to happen i mean the game is really big now and yet stuff like the game just not loading you in which is something that is 100% riots fault and not the players still happens on occasion. I really want to know how riot hasn't fixed these technical things like east coast servers or the games actual engine being really out of date (i believe). thread
