why does my game keep rolling back a patch

game keeps rolling back a patch whenever I close it and open it again. This wouldn't be so bad if your client wasn't so god awful at doing updates and takes forever. I don't have this problem with any other game I play.

Not sure why but league simply takes ages to patch each time and having to do this every time I close the client is stupid

that sounds like something in your game flies is corrupted

you may want to run a hextech repair tool and do a force repatch to see if that fixes it

if not, then likely it is an older file and you will need to uninstall and reinstall league

just let it run overnight or something for the update process
