Tower Not Responding To Champions

This is a serious post to Riot.

I just played a game where I went Fizz against a Kayle. The champions aren't what matters here, but this does. Kayle basically went under my tower when her minions were attacking it, which is cool, but then she started auto attacking me and killed me. The problem was, was that the tower wasn't going for her even though she was attacking me under it, it kept going for the minions.

This has happened to me a few times over the years actually where the tower won't target the champion who is diving. It's even happened to me when I was playing, not just other people. I don't think it is lag I never usually lag, and this Kayle was 100% in tower range when she was attacking me. No question about it.

Were you in tower range too? Because both champions (attacker and attackee(?)) need to be in the tower range for the attacker to get aggroed

Not sure if its actually related but I had a similar experience as Xerath against a Lux. She was basically right next to my tower while I was a ways back and finished me off.

Since she was also rather low I expected the tower to finish the work, only to have her walk away like nothing happened as the tower casually shot down minions.

Even she thought it was strange how it basically ignored her.

I've seen this occur way too often, i've even seen people getting attacked out of the turret's range, or the turret failing to target the minion in front of you when you go to push out the turret
