Dunkmaster Darius Skin not Working

Hello! I came here today wanting to report a bug that happened to me and also address an issue with Riot. Thanks.

So two days ago I bought Darius. I played a game with him and had a ton of fun. I pondered to myself if I should get Dunkmaster Darius because it is an awesome skin, but decided it wasn't my style so I didn't. Then I saw that there was a ??? mark on everything so I (with my curiosity) decided to click it. Without me realizing what I had done, a dancing Katarina pooped up and there was a "processing". Then there was a yellow screen with a cool backround and it said something like "You have unlocked Dunkmaster Darius to your account; enjoy having it on the Fields of Justice!" or something. I don't recall correctly but the same thing is there whenever I purchase something. 1820 RP was negated from my account. Then I decided to play him on hexakill to see if the skin worked and it did. I tried a custom on aram and then some games on summoner's rift. The aram game it worked but none of the Summoners rift games. I wanted to send this ticket to address this issue so it can be looked into.

I sent that in and this is what I get: Each account is limited to a total of three, one-time use refund tokens. Once your refund tokens have been used up, we can't provide you with more. There is currently no way to receive more than three refund tokens per account.

I would love to have my RP back and skin refunded, but that isn't my point. I want to address his issue so it can be properly fixed and so I can actually use what I payed for.
