Live LoLPatcher.exe has a memory leak

I'm not sure if this was noticed before but I hadn't noticed it until I saw that my live client took up way more RAM than my PBE client.

Usually my LoLPatcher process for PBE takes up about 7-8k memory. The live client also starts out around that range when you first log in but steadily climbs about 10k per second and can become pretty hefty after a few hours of leaving the client open.

Is this an issue that will be fixed in an upcoming patch since the PBE doesn't experience this, or do I just need to reinstall my client?

Repro Steps:

  1. Log in
  2. Open Task Manager
  3. Look in the "Processes" tab for "LoLPatcher.exe"
  4. Watch as the process slowly chews up TahmKench more and more memory.

Over extended periods of time this could end up taking up a good chunk of RAM off of a 4Gig RAM system, and is easily treated by closing and logging back into league, only to begin the process of chewing up RAM again.
