[GAMEPLAY] Twisted Fate - using a W empowered auto attack will cause to not proc.

On TF, after buying a Runaan's Hurricane and using W- Pick a Card the Hurricane's bolts (Wind's Fury) will not fire when using the enhanced auto attack.

Other items such as Statikk Shiv and Rapid Firecannon will still proc the energized effect, leading me to believe this might be a bug.

I've never had item 3087 proc the damage when used on a TF W. it will use the charges, but never deal damage.

The Runaan's is not a bug. Only his original AA can proc the cards. Do you really think they will allow a champion to get away with 3 point and click stuns?
