League Client Not Detecting Match Made Queue.

I've tried everything. Only thing that seems to work is relogging but it doesn't stay fixed for long. I've had to wait for a full hour before i could requeue just because it kept saying i wasn't accepting queues. It simply never popped up for me. Why do i (And others) have to get punished for this? It should be removed.
