If I'm not crazy, previously you reroll 3 skin shards into a permanent skin. Underline PERMANENT. I jst rerolled 3 skin shards into ANOTHER Skin fragment on a champion that I DON'T OWN. Is this a bug???? It clearly said... "Re-roll" into SKIN PERMANENT.
It still shows up on your inventory, you can decide to keep it or disenchant, and it won't always give you one for a champion you already own. If you click on it there won't be an option for "upgrade to skin permament" only one for "dishenchant"
If you don't own a champion, you won't get a permanent upgrade. Logically the game can't award you a skin for something you don't own.
It gives you a permanant shard. When you get the champion, you just have to click on it and select "unlock" and it gives it to you
Yeah I was also under the impression the permanent skin shard would be for a champion I OWNED, Nope.
