[CLIENT] Too Long Queue Problem

Recently , I've been having problems with extremely long queue-times , mostly on normal draft games . For example , matchmaker finds me the game after 3-4 minutes , then some1 declines or dodges champ select , and then i wait for a really long time for another game to be found . ( Like something happens and throws me to the lowest priority position / end of the queue every time some1 dodges or declines ) . Even for near-midnight time and jungle-mid queue , 32 minutes is waaaaay too long .
